Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been divorced since 11/08. We have 60/40% time sharing Our MSA delineates sun-wed at 10 am for my ex and I have wed 10 am until sunday 10 am with the children. He is now threatening to seek a modification in our time sharing agreement to "change the set days" based on his accusation that I am not "flexible enough" I have changed days or kept the kids several times for him due to his work or pleasure. This threat seems to be coming more often from him these days. How concerned should I be that he can actually get the days changed ? It should be noted that we have been adhereing to this schedule for about 16 months. My children are used to the consistency and I am afraid of inflicting more changes on them.

You are only required to follow the schedule. You are not required to "be flexible." In fact, you're right, most judges would say consistency is better for kids.
