Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Help I'm getting Divorced!

My wife and I are getting Divorced in the near future. She has said that she wants me out of the house. If I leave, is that considered abandonment? and if so will it hurt me in reference to child custody. or support or alimony? If I leave, am I still responsible for food, utilities, and rent?

You are under no obligation to leave. If she's uncomfortable, she can leave. Should you leave, you continue to be obliged for the support of your family. BEST ADVICE: retain the best attorney that you can.You cannot get a satisfactory result doing this by proxy. Your short-term savings will equal long-term grief.
