Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been divorced almost 2 years. We have two children together and we live in florida. I have primary custody and when our divorced was finalized my ex husband owned his own business, so he was able to hide income. He is now a Mortgage Loan Officer for Bank of America, and I know he makes at least 40K a year. I make about 29K. He pays only 500.00 a month in child support. He has been working at Bank of America for 6 months. Is this the right time to take him back and ask for an increase in child support or should I wait until he has been with Bank of America for a year?
