Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
i have been divorced for 1.5 years. a consent order from 2/ 2008 states health insurance provided to 18 year old child at the time in college. child has refused to give proof of college enrollment that insurance provider requires. ex has filed a contempt motion. child is now 21 has not contact with me. insurance dropped coverage of the adult child. what can i do?

Nothing. The court will not find you in contempt for your adult child's failure to provide proof. On the other hand, if you have proof that he is in Collegte and con provide it, that may solve the problem.
