Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been divorced for a almost 2 years now, I have joint custody of a 15yr old and 16yr old, in the papers it states I am to stay in osceola county where the kids go to school for them. But now am involved with a guy and we all want ot move to Tampa and live with him, and for the kids to go to another district school. Do you think I would have problems relocating the kids or making a modification to my divorce decree?

You would need to file a Notice of Intent to Relocate and list your reasons as well as a Petition for Modification of Final Judgment. You aren't going to be forced to stay in Osceola County, however a new time-sharing arrangement needs to be in place to reflect accordingly.
