Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been divorced for three years, she up and left me with all the bills and house note. She has since remarried and wants me to refinance and take her name off the mortgage....I told her I don't have the money to do that and I don't want to re-use my VA loan to do so. Her lawyer has called and told me to contact him ASAP or else! What can I do?

What did your former divorce dissolution state. Were you to refinance the mortgage. If not, then don't sweat it.
