Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I've been divorced for about 13 years now...my ex-husband is brutally relentless in destroying my life. We went to family court twice in Volusia County and I was awarded custody of our children....as time when on...he continued to harass and control as well as demean and demoralize me...in the long of it...he wore me down to the point where he then brought the Department of Children and Families into it and put me under a microscope like I was some type of villan....for some reason he finally got custody and I gave up...I did not see my children for many many years because I could not take the abuse anymore. Anyway, after all these years I've waited for my children to reach legal age of emancipation...so that we could reestablish our relationships. Well one child (born 7-7-90) serves in the United States Air Force, another child (born 3-23-92) attends Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers and one (born 8-12-1992) attending her senior yr in High School. In the meantime, I'm still paying child support for the two children that have reached legal age of emancipation, supposedly because I do not have a per child order...Do you know how I go about getting a per child order and having these children dropped from my child support obligations with the courts.....Sincerely desperate
