my 15 year old daughter wants to live only with me,her mother -we have had joint custody --what steps do i take to get her permanently

File a Supplemental Petition to Modify Primary Timeshare. Beware, though. In order to change custody, you need a lot more than your daughter's desire to switch houses. You need to prove that circumstances have changed substantially and unexpectedly such that, if your daughter stays with her father, it would be tantamount to abuse or neglect.
