Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

got divorced about 4-5 yrs ago and owe my ex-wife 31,000 from the equity of the house but the house does not have the quity in it. so what does she do put a lein on the house. what happens if you dont have it. I have to pay her when my girl turns 18 which is 2.5 yrs.

It depends on what the court order says and you may need to return to court to get clarification if the two of you cannot work things out.
