Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i am getting divorced after 13 yrs of mairrage and my wife is claiming money she received as gift from her dad in the first 2 yrs. do i have to divided all my assets, since she was going to school for the first 5 yrs and i was working and paying all her expenses as well?

This is not an answer that can be given with the info you have provided. YOu need to get with an attorney as there are alot of issues that need to be discussed prior to filing. The main thing is this - if you comingled your funds then it is a matter of equitable distribution for all assets.
