Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am divorced - 10 yrs now Spouse wants to claim tax yr our 19yr old who I support 100% (except dad bought him a car) I pay insurance(auto and life) - carry all health insurance(dental vision) use all my financial for his financial aid and he lives with me - when home from school.

Does he have any right to ask for this?

If your son is in college and you are supporting him financially - they you, with the son's permission because he is emancipated at this point, may claim him. Speak to your tax accountant.
