Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Divorce/infidelity
My husband of six years left me when I was 8 months pregnant for another woman. We have been going to a marriage counselor for three weeks and he just found out that the woman who he cheated on me with is now pregnant. With a newborn at home and supporting myself on teacher's salary, I am now worried that I have not filed for divorce. I am worried about my claims to child support with another now expecting his baby. Do I need to quickly file for divorce to protect myself financially?

Re: Divorce/infidelity
The sooner you file, the sooner he starts paying. Is he not heling at all financially now? Is there no chance of saving your marriage? This is something only you can determine. Good luck.
