Re: divorce{kids}

Under Florida family law, custody is awarded based on the welfare and best interests of the child. In cases where both natural parents are deemed unfit, the court will determine what custody arrangement best serves the welfare of the children. Perhaps, the Florida Dept. of Children & Family or other agency will investigate and recommend to the court the best custodial arrangement through foster parent, adoptive parents, etc. You are advised to consult with a family law attorney or appropriate agency to advise you regarding options.
