divorce/who gets what/child support

I met my boyfried and we lived together in his little apartment and then we purchased the home that we are living in now.Then in 2000 we had a sone together he is now almost 4 yrs old.I would like to know who is more then likely to get the home.I have the kids.Also in March he had traided my vehicle a purchesed me a truck I put the down payment on the truck and have made all payments on it I have the cancelled checks the account is in my name.He took my truck Saturday morning 3 hrs later come back with a police officer to get him some clothing my truck at an unknown location and left me with his car that is not hardly driveable.I know where the truck is but when he left that morning he had taken my keys with him so now I dont have a key to my vehicle.Can I a tow truck bring me my truck?He left me his car that is not reliable.Now he is calling me and telling me that he is gonna take my child away.So can you please tell me what my rights are as for as property and my child.THANK YOU

You certainly need legal counsel. Without more information it is impossible to give you any specific answer. Generally, the court looks to the best interest of the child. Who is the registered owner of the truck?
