divorcing with children

my nephew had a girlfriend, she got pregnant,he signed the birth certificate,8months later they got married,then she became pregnant again,they said when your married they automatically get your last name,now shes pregnant again and says this one isnt his.they are getting divorced and she says he has to pay for all of them.he doesnt believe they are all his.does the law say that because you married you must claim them no matter what,or can they get a purturnaty test.there are a total of 3 chidren. thank you

No, and he should get tested to prove he is not father.
