Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am divorcing my wife and I am representing myself since I can't afford to pay an attorney. My wife does have an attorney.

I received a series of documents from my wife's attorney and I responded to each one of them.

The last document I received is the Wife's Certification of Compliance with Manadatory Disclosure Pursuant to Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure Rule 12.285 (and request for production of documents from spouse).

Question is: Do I need to answer to this Certificate of Compliance from my wife's attorney?

What documents should I need to provide to the court along with the Certificate?

Please help. I am in the State of Florida.

It depends. The certification is for her to state that she gave you all the documents under the Mandatory Disclosure - so did she. As to your producing docs - I would venture to say that you had to complete a Standard Family Law Interrogatories - if you did the documents are listed in the interrogatories that you have to answer.

Do yourself a favor - get an attorney - she is going after your gonads.
