Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorcing after 30 years, he owns a sucessful business. He will be paying me 25% ob business in 10 years. I don't have to much guarantee if he dies, just a small life insurance. What other collaterals can I have?.

25% ob buisness in 10 years - what are you saying. After 30 years you are entitled to more than 25% - I am sure you helped him in getting that business up and running. You should be getting more than a small life insurance. What about your home and furnishings?
