dna test

my boyfriend just got slapped with a 26 thousand dollar child support bill for a kid that is not his. They r telling him that he does not have the right to a dna test and we r wanting to know why. the little girl does have his last name but he has been gone for years and someone told his family that the daddys little girl came into her life and i dont want to have to pay for something that is not mine can you please help me thank u

Until paternity is established in court you have no responsiblity. Do not sign or agree to anything.
