Can a doctor legally drug test me while pregnant? Yes or no?

A doctor cannot perform any tests or medical procedures without first obtaining your consent. Failure to first obtain consent may be grounds for battery. You should check all the paperwork you submitted, you may have given consent in a form you previously submitted.
