Does't pay,What are his rights?
EX doesn't pay for or makes any efforrt to see child Can he make me let him have visits when he lives in other state? He has not seen her since 1993 I took her to see him she is 7 years old now and lives with myself,2 sisters and my fiance she has lived with us since she was 7 months and knows fiance has daddy he is father of the 2 older sisters can he adopt herwhen we marry

What does your Final Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage say with respect to visitation? If it includes visitation out of state then you must comply. However, I really suggest you consult with an attorney on this for further details. When you re-marry your new husband can adopt however your ex has to consent to the adoption. Depending on the circumstances his consent may not be needed. Again this is case specific so you may want to consult with an Attorney.
