Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Domestic Partner Rights FLorida

I ended a male/female Dom Partnership of 3 years due to mental abuse. (He was having affairs and I have many supporting docs). Do I have any legal rights to sue for damages? I have loss significant income due to this situation. He also has withheld some of my personal property. He has a personal income over 6 figures and I no longer do.

Domestic Partnership Rights= no such thing. You may have claims due to the loss of your personal property, but I cannot find in your statement where you have any other damages. Anything you are trying to relate to "affairs" (a term usually reserved for someone who is married) or the breakup with your live in boyfriend gets you nothing. Any documents you may have that prove any "affairs" are probably worthless if you are trying to use them for legal reasons. Genarally, Courts don't care if you break up with your boyfriend or if he cheats on you.
