Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Domestic Partnership Law
I ended a male/female Dom Partnership of 3 years due to mental abuse. (He was having affairs and I have many supporting docs). Do I have any legal rights to sue for damages? I have loss significant income due to this situation. He also has withheld some of my personal property. He has a personal income over 6 figures and I no longer do.

Re: Domestic Partnership Law
You can sue for the value of your personal property if you can prove he has it. Otherwise, a "domestic partnership," which means nothing under Florida law, is nothing more than a roommate situation.
