Domestic Rights?
My significant other of 14 yrs(we have 2 minor children together) has a large lawsuit pending .He was injured and his mindset has become so debilitated, our relationship has been destroyed. I think we are on the verge of separating. As the mother of his children , and being our involvement for all these years, am I entitled to a percentag eof his settlement. Are my children? Where do I find info or forms to file?

What your rights are will be determined by the court during your divorce proceedings. Were you named a party to his lawsuit? Spouses are usually named parties. If you were not, call his attorney and let him know of your marital problems, as he should consider pursuing a "loss of consortium" claim on your behalf in that same lawsuit.
