Dor

have custody of my kids after a emegancy hearing, i was paying CS and faxed all paperwork to the DOR and i seen on the courts website that it read TERMINATION OF DOR SERVICES, does this mean CS has stopped? since this order the kids have been with me and will likely stay and the courts will grant primary. but not sure if TERMINATION OF DOR SERVICES means just that. i dont want to get into any issues with the CS people.

It means that the Department of Revenue has closed its file on this matter. This does not necessarily guarantee that child suppor is no longer owed. You need to go back to the court and get an order modifying the original child support order. At the least, it should terminate your obligation. The court should order child support to be paid by the other parent to you.
