do i have the right to be with my father untill he dies which he is in his home withhis wife(stepmother), even if she dose not want any of his kids there?

No. If it is her home, she has the right not to allow entry to you. If you want, you can go to court and attempt to obtain an emergency order allowing you access but that would be up to the judge hearing the matter.
