what is the easiest and most affordable way of reopening a divorce back in 1995 to request copies of undisclosed 401K's during the time of marriage from 1984-1995?

In order to request such documents, it may not be necessary to reopen the case. If you were represented by an attorney, you could ask him/her regarding the issue. Or you can review the documents of dissolution, including any marital settlement agreement regarding provision of financial documents. You can request such documents without reopening the case; however, if the other party will not provide such information, you are advised to discuss the issue with an attorney which could result in the filing of a supplemental petition.
YOu can order the file if it has been put in storage from the clerk's office. You may copy the contents but you can not remove the file from the court house.
