Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

what is ejection and what do I have to do. My girlfriends daughter told me that I had to get an eviction to get her out of my house. shes a drug addict. Im not related to her which one applies ejection or eviction.

If she is living there w ith no lease, no rent, then it is called an Ejectment. If she is paying rent, then it is an eviction.
