Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Emancipation

My Daughter is 15 years old and just had a baby. While she was in the hospital she was allowed to sign all of the legal forms for her and her baby. The hospital said she was considerd emancipated. She is now in a situation where she no longer wants to live with her father and wants to come home to live with me her mother. Her father forced my hand and made me sign over custody againts my better judgement I did. My daughter if affraid he is going to try and take her baby from her. My question is: Is she still considered to be emancipated or does her father have a right to enforce his residential custody ( in florida we have joint custody)???

No one can give you a full answer without reviewing all of the documents, any court proceedings and interviewing all parties to obtain the correct facts. She certainly may have some legal avenues to follow.
