Emancipation

i am 16 and my father said that he would consent to an emancipation and my mother is under abandonment she left when i was 6 years old and left my brother and i with my father. i am currently living with my mother in mass. but iam trying to file for an emancipation how do i go about i t

If you are living in Massachusetts, you'll have to file for emancipation in Massachusetts. Repost this question in the forum for Massachusetts lawyers.
