Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Emancipation in the state of Iowa

I am 17 and I currently reside in Iowa with my finance. I'm emancipated in Florida, where my father resides (also where the venue of child custody was up until my emancipation). How do I get Iowa to recognize my emancipation?

If you've got something that shows that you are emancipated in the state of Florida Iowa should recognize it under full faith and credit. If you do not then they probably will not. You only have a year to wait anyway.
