Emancipation

My stepdaughter is filing to become emancipated from her parents. Her mother has full custody of her and we are paying support. If she becomes emancipated are we obligated to pay support to the mother? Or do we pay support to the child? Thank you

By definition, the child is no longer a dependent when becoming emancipated. There is no support owed at all.
