I am 20 years old and I need to know what paper work I can do so I dont have to keep filling out the FAFSA with my dad.

As ridiculous as it is, you cannot file your FAFSA without your dad so long as he is claiming you on his taxes, even if he is refusing to give you money to pay for college, which, I assume, is the problem. Maybe under the new laws just signed by President Obama this won't be the case. Check with your financial aid office.
