Emergency Ruling

My stepson lives in Fla, we are in AR, his mom has primary residential with shared parenting. She is bringing the boy to us without notifying the court. Claims she will return our child support..., is there any legal motion to request an emergency determination as to change of custody and support,I know better than to work it out and stay out the courts, we are court ordered to notify the court of everything. We are afraid if we push and she knows we will file all the correct forms she will pull the child and he is much better off here. But, I'm not going to support her and her boyfriend with the ''trust'' that she will do everything she says?
