Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

ending child support

I am supposed to pay child support until my son is 18, or graduates high school, no older then 19. He is 17, dropped out of high school, smoking pot etc. Is there a way for me to stop paying when he turns 18, since he is not doing anything to continue his education? I dont want to continue to support if he is not doing anything for himself.

Re: ending child support

File a motion and have the court end support at 18. You can't just end it yourself.
