Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Enforcing a court order

My divorce was final in South Carolina. The judge awarded me a money reimbursement for expenses and attorney fees. This was not alimony. My ex is now living in Florida. My ex had 60 days from the day he received the final papers to comply with the court order of paying me $500 per month until the total amount of $19,000 is paid in full. My ex is not complying with court order. How can I get the court order that was issued in South Carolina enforced in the state of Florida, and make him comply? This man will not willingly pay unless he is forced to do so. He thinks because he lives in Florida, he is protected from having to comply. Need help and advice on what is the next step I need to take.

The judgment should be domesticated in the Florida Court where he resides.
