Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm enquiring in regards to transferring parent guardianship. I am a minor; I am 16 years old. Due to some parent conflict and some emotional abuse issues, I would like to move out without getting anyone in trouble. How can I get my guardianship transferred temporarily so that I can live with another family without being emancipated? What is the process and what forms must I fill out?

You can not be emancipated unless you have a job and can show that you can support yourself. Secondly, if you are under a guardianship, you have an attorney who represented your interest, contact that person and tell them what is going on.
