Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can my estranged husband remove my family and friends from the authorized pickup list at school? We have been going thru divorce for almost 2years.... We have not been to court yet, and there has never been any temporary relief order regarding a parenting plan. I work many hours and often my mother or boyfriend picks up the children for me from school/daycare if I can't get there before they close. Recently, my husband went to the school and said he didnt want hs kids getting the car with those people and the school obliged. Is this legal?

What is taking 2 years - Really! Do you have an attorney? You need to get an order in place - yes the school will not deny any requests unless they have an order stating otherwise.
