my estranged spouse was awarded temporary use of the family home while undergoing divorce procedures in florida.
the divorce is dragging on and on and my wife is not living in the house any longer although through her attorney she says she is as i have asked to move back in until the divorce is resolved.
our house sits empty and i continue to make the mortgage payment, utilities and homeowners insurance payments.
almost all the furniture has been moved out and the house is practacially vacant although my estranged spouse is trying to give the appearance she still lives there.
what can i do to regain use of the house?

file a petition to modify the temporary needs order. Take pictures, get your neighbors to come in to testify that she is NOT there.
Locate where she is staying and have witnesses to this effect.
