Is it ethical for an attorney to withdraw from a divorce case in florida simply because one of the divorce parties has slowed payments, but not stopped them, to the lawyer? Does the lawyer have a duty to complete the case and arrange for reasonable payment plan specially if the lawyer is going to take approx 25% of the annual earnings of https://www.lawguru.com/answers/ask#the client and is close to the final steps?

Attorney time is valuable. If you are not paying, then the attorney does not have to represent you. I am sure you signed a contract as to payment.
