I have been ordered to Psychological evaluations and Gaurdian ad Leitem. I am in serious financial distress and the mother paid the $4000 for the Psy exam and is holding me in contempt for failure to pay even though I tried to work out every avenue...what are my rights on the contempt...is a payment plan possible

Re: Evaluations

Your attorney should work this out, negotiate a payment plan, etc. The judge should have determined how much each party was able to pay before ordering the eval. Didn't you object to the cost when it was ordered? If you said you would pay and then did not, you have a problem.
