Getting evidence entered into divorce hearing

How does an individual not being represented by an attourney, present evidence against the opposing party in a case such as divorce?

Evidence is a difficult area and should be handled by an attorney. There are alot of rules and regulations to this area of the law. Therefore, if you can not afford an attorney then ry contacting Legal Aid in your county or the Bar Association in your area for a low cost attorney or one for no charge.
