Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Executor of estate: can they say siblings cannot sleep @ parents apartment?

My sister is the Executor of 's my Mother's estate (she died 10 days ago). Can my sister say that I cannot sleep @ my Mom's apartment? ( I used to sleep over all of the time, and was always welcome. I have my own key that my Mom gave me.) My sister lives close by the apartment and has been going there daily. I live 200 miles away. Sister doesn't have room, and during mourning period I stayed at the only local hotel for $180./night. I do not feel like spending the money again. I do not want to make her angry, but can she legally prevent me from sleeping at my Mother's apartment.

Only by court order. More importanly, check to see you are mentioned in the will and it is being submitted for probate. Retain counsel if you have any problmens.
