Ex-Fiance wants Christmas present back

Last Christmas the guy I was with bought me a Nintendo Wii. Throughout our relationship he bought me more games to go with it. Also he pre-ordered the Wii Fit. I never asked for these things, he'd usually surprise me with them. But now he wants to take everything back after being broke up for over 2 months. He wants to give it to someone else, he says he has all the receipts to prove he bought everything. But they were gifts. Legally, Can he really take everything away from me??

Gifts are gifts. They're yours and you can keep them. Keep that Wii and get fit to your heart's content, literally.
