Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My exfiance and I both live in Jacksonville, FL. She is about 5-6 months pregnant with our son and is due around 2/27/2010. She has made it abundantly clear she does not want me in either her life or that of our son's, despite making it quite known that I want to be around for him and this is a responsibility that I do want. I need to know what steps I need to take to make sure she can't keep him from me.

You need to file a paternity action. Once it is established that this is your child, you can then ask for custody, child support or visitation.
