Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex-girlfriend and I had child together in Tampa, FL two years and I signed the birth certificate. After the baby was born 2 months we did a DNA paternity test and came negative I was not the biological father and then one month later she took for to Arizona and apply for DES assist living and now the State Attorney is coming after for child support. Now I want to hire a lawyer to apply for motion to disestablish a paterntiy to remove my name of the child birth certificate so I don't have to pay child support. What state has the jurisdiction over this matter Arizona or Florida because the baby was born in Tampa, Florida?
