Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex-girlfriend has custody of our 13 year old son. They live in Boston and I live in Florida. My ex has not allowed my son to visit me in about 3 years. I have not been able to visit him as much as I would like because I can not afford it. My child support payments are nearly half of what I make. What can I do to have my son come to visit? I have already filed for revised child support payments as well as a revised visitation agreement about 3 or 4 months ago. I have tried to call the court where it was filed and I am having a difficult time reaching anybody who can help me.
Thank you for your time and any advice you are able to give me.

I hate to sound like a broken record but if the case was handled in Florida you need to see a Florida attorney.
If the case was handled in the northern state you REALLY need an attorney there.
Best wishes and good luck.
