Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-husband was awared the house in our divorce, along with the responsibility of a making the payments on time. Well, he hasnt been making the payments on time and in fact even deferred several payments. He is ruining my credit, is there anything I can do?

I'm surprised that the property was not refinanced in his name alone. You may need to file an emergency Motion requesting that the property be immediately refinanced in his name alone because his late payments are ruining your credit. You really should not have any further ties to the property after he was awarded same.
