Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-husband is not the biological father of my son; however, his name is on the birth certificate as "Father". He now has nothing to do with my son since the divorce. My son and I reside in Florida, while he resides in Colorado. He is approximately 2000 dollars in the arrears with child support. He also has severe alcohol addiction issues, which is the cause of our divorce. Is there any way that I could force him to relinquish his rights since he is unfit as well as uninvolved?
