Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-husband has custody of our 13 yr old daughter. He moved to Pittsburgh, PA about three years ago with her. I live in FL. He has only allowed her to come here and see me twice since the move. I have flown and driven up there many times, but it is very costly. The agreement (between he and I) was that she could come and see me whenever she wasn't in school, such as Christmas, Spring and Summer breaks. He has not honored that agreement. It's a constant battle. We have the basic non-custodial visitation schedule. There haven't been any modications to it since our divorce in 1998. I do not have the ability to move up there, or I would. What are my legal rights? I feel like I am missing out on so much of her life. Please help me!

Ask the court for a modification of the child custody agreement. Are you paying your child support?

Just ask the court to specify the dates and times when you can fly her down to see you.
