Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-husband and I have been divorced for five years. I was given custody of our two children. They are both still minors. The three of us live in the home his family legally owns. Can he throw us out as he has been threatening to?

First of all you state your husband's family owns the house. If this house is not in his name, then no he may not do so as he has no standing. If you think his family will try this, they could formally serve you with an eviction notice and then you would ultimately have to move.
